Spin the wheel
Type your options, one per line, then spin. Great for giveaways, classrooms and decisions.
The wheel says
How to use the spin the wheel
- Type or paste your entries in the box, one per line. The wheel updates as you type.
- Tap the wheel or Spin, or press Ctrl+Enter.
- When it stops, choose Remove to take the winner off the wheel for the next spin, or keep it on.
- Use Copy link to share the wheel with your entries.
Is the wheel fair?
Yes. Every entry gets an equal slice, and the winner is chosen with your browser's cryptographic random number generator before the wheel starts spinning. The animation then lands on that slice, so the speed of your tap makes no difference. To give one option a better chance, add it more than once.
Ideas
- Giveaways: paste the names of everyone who entered and spin live on stream.
- Classrooms: pick who answers next, then remove them so everyone gets a turn.
- Dinner, films and dares: let the wheel decide.
- Chores: who empties the dishwasher today.
Your entries stay private
Your wheel is saved in your own browser so it's there next time. It's never uploaded to us. A shared link contains the entries in the address itself, so only share it with people who should see them.
Questions
How many entries can the wheel hold?
Up to 200. Above about 40, the names on the slices get small, but the result is still shown in full.
Can I remove the winner after each spin?
Yes. After each spin, choose Remove to take that entry off the wheel.
Can I make one option more likely?
Add it more than once. Two copies of an entry gives it two slices.
